Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Dip Recipe

Before I share today’s recipe I have to talk a little life right now. As mushy as it sounds, my wife is approximately three months away from giving birth to our first child and I’m super excited. Just one step closer to my dream life! Also, I’ve been on an organization spree at our apartment. I love how it turned out and I’m sure I’ll be spending so much time here this semester.

When it comes to fruit dips I am that dude at the party who is literally scraping the bottom of the bowl. Is anyone else out there THAT person?? I’m just hoping I’m not the only one. It’s one of my favorite snacks. Instead of buying the store bought sugary dip I decided I needed to make my own healthier version.

I have been trying to think of a way to make my afternoon apple snack a bit more exciting. I love apples dipped in plain greek yogurt, but I thought by adding some peanut butter and honey it would make it even yummier. I love the subtle hint of peanut butter flavor and the added sweetness of honey. I was able to find peanut butter that only has one ingredient…PEANUTS! So, that was exciting. It’s Crazy Richard’s Natural Creamy Peanut Butter. If you are allergic to peanuts you could definitely try this recipe with almond butter or sunflower seed butter.
